ETF Holdings
Buying an index fund means buying several hundred companies at once, but the fund fact sheet stops after the ten largest. The question most people actually have runs the other way round: I own this company. Which of my funds already hold it, and how much of it do I have?
Every stock page here answers that with a table of the funds holding it and the weight in each. This page is the way in: the companies held across the most indices, plus the sector and country entrances into the same data.
How the count works. We state how many of the ETFs we track hold a stock, not how many funds worldwide. Our coverage is uneven across providers, so a share of “all ETFs” would be a made-up number. The percentile is the more dependable figure, because it measures every stock we track against exactly the same set of funds. Where a ranking is involved, we sort by the number of indices rather than funds. Share classes and swap variants of one index collapse into one entry. That keeps the order robust against the provider skew.
The Most Widely Held Names
Ranked by the number of indices a stock sits in, not by the number of ETFs. Our fund coverage is skewed by provider; the index count is not.
