Investing books by topic

Investing and trading are crafts, and like any craft they rest on knowledge: how a company is valued, what a ratio actually says, how risk is measured and capped, why a price moves at all. None of that arrives by watching. It comes from books, courses and practice — and whoever skips it is trading against people who did not.

This section collects that literature, sorted by topic rather than alphabetically. Each entry says what prior knowledge a book assumes, what it covers, and where it stops or has aged. Titles we cannot judge — because they are not published yet, or because we have no dependable basis — are listed with their facts and no description. A missing line beats an invented opinion.

The groundwork is free: the parent section Learn covers charts, candlesticks, chart patterns, moving averages and the traps in backtesting, using real price data. The books here start where an article ends.
