About Ford Motor Company

Ford Motor Company builds cars, trucks and SUVs, including the F-Series pickups, the Mustang and the Transit van. It reports Ford Blue for combustion and hybrid vehicles, Ford Model e for electric vehicles and Ford Pro for commercial customers, plus the financing arm Ford Credit. Henry Ford founded the company in 1903. It is based in Dearborn, Michigan, and the Ford family still holds control through Class B shares with special voting rights.
