Data note 1

About GE Aerospace

GE Aerospace makes jet engines and engine components for commercial and military aircraft and earns a large part of its revenue from maintenance and spare parts over an engine's decades-long service life. Through CFM International, a joint venture with Safran, it builds the LEAP engines used in the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737 MAX. The company is what remains of General Electric after the separation of GE HealthCare in 2023 and GE Vernova in 2024. It is based in Evendale, Ohio.
