SPDR (“Spider”) is the ETF brand of State Street Global Advisors and an industry pioneer – the first US ETF (SPY, 1993) came from SPDR. Its focus is on broad US and global indices as well as sector ETFs. We currently track 28 SPDR ETFs with an average expense ratio (TER) of 0.26%, covering 23 different indices between them.
